Like a meandering river, the two musical landscapes flow together
The NBE delves deep into the heart of American music. Together with Native American singer Pura Fé, musical phenomenon and descendant of the Tuscarora tribe, the NBE goes in search of the beauty of the Native American culture. Also looking for our roots in nature was Philip Glass. His iconic film music ‘Koyaanisqatsi’, being edited for the Blazers, runs like a thread through the program. The two musical landscapes flow together like a meandering river, with live projections by the young visual artist Vincent Rang.
