Join the Morgan for an evening of music and poetry by Philip Glass and Allen Ginsberg, celebrating Glass’s 90th birthday and the centennial of Ginsberg’s birth. Highlighting their creative kinship and decades-long collaboration, pianist Lisa Moore will perform select works by Glass, and special guests will read a selection of Ginsberg poems.

Works by both Glass and Ginsberg from the Morgan’s collection will be on view.

This concert takes place in Gilder Lehrman Hall on the Ground Floor. Doors to the Hall will open 30 minutes before the concert begins. Attendees are invited to view works by Glass and Ginsberg on view from 5:30 to 7 PM.
