The LA Times is reporting that The Metropolitan Opera has announced its 2011-12 season. The company last mounted Glass' Satyagraha in 2008 in cooperation with English National Opera who presented the opera in London on 2006 and 2009. Though last time the opera was not broadcast to theaters around the world from the Met, this time it will be on November 19.
