CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) — A familiar Chattanooga site has a new wardrobe. 
   Phillip D. Glass…the man perched atop the Tennessee American Water tank on Riverfront Drive, has a new t-shirt.

   He's sporting the new duds in honor of the United Way's Live United campaign.
   The community campaign is aimed at improving education, healthcare and income levels.

   
It officially kicks off next Thursday at the Convention Center… You
can also join the United Way at the Chattanooga Market Sunday from 11am
to 4pm.
