Listen: Skip to 18:31 to hear the Glass though the whole program is excellent.
This performance by Karem Gomyo and Residentie Orkest (Hague Philharmonic which did a fantastic job on the Glass Double Concerto recording in 2010) conducted by 'friend of the program' Brad Lubman. The concerto hall, the Concertgebouw of Amsterdam, is widely acknowledged as having the finest acoustics in the world.
Lubman's Glass repertoire continues to grow. He conducted Glassworks, Music in Similar Motion, Symphony No.3, the suite from The Hours, the world premiere and subsequent revival of ICARUS: At the Edge of Time. Most interestingly though, in relation to Glass' Violin Concerto (No.1), Lubman was a member of the American Composers Orchestra's percussion section at the premiere of the work back in 1987.
Program:
Stravinsky – Symphony of Wind Instruments
Glass – Violin Concerto No.1
Adams – Harmonium

I’ve listened to Glass’ Violin Concerto No. 1 many times and it is a beautiful piece!
Are there any plans to release
Violin Concerto No. 1 on the Orange Mountain Music label?
